The short version

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into them are never sent to us, stored by us, or shared with anyone. We have no user accounts and we don't want your financial data.

What we don't collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit anything you enter into our calculators — income, debts, down payments, home prices, or any other figures. All computation happens locally on your device via JavaScript.

What we may collect

• Contact messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and message content so we can reply.
• Standard web logs: our hosting provider may log anonymized technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operations.
• Advertising: we plan to display ads in the future. Ad providers may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies

We use browser local storage only to remember dismissing the app-install banner. Future advertising partners may set their own cookies; see their policies for details.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
